About the Project

Mandewa Parish Church Project

St. Joseph the Worker Parish, Mandewa was inaugurated on 17 October 2015 and is one of the newest parishes in the Catholic Diocese of Singida. The parish serves over 5,000 faithful through 20 outstations, including 17 rural communities, with the furthest located 110 km away. Despite the steady growth of the Catholic community, the parish has not yet completed its permanent church building. Currently, all Sunday and Feast Day Masses are celebrated in a new building church though unfinished. Your support will help to complete a dignified and permanent church where future generations can gather in prayer and faith.
